We provide integrative clinical supervision for trainee and experienced counsellors and therapists.  We work with Carroll's Integrative Model of Supervision, working together and creating a reflective dialogue to find a pattern and way of working that provides safe, deeper reflection and insight. We have a working space for supervision sessions in Haslemere, Surrey or they can be online. All of the work we do together supports our clients using  a shared approach to ethical dilemmas and challenges. 

We provide bespoke professional supervision for designated safeguarding leads within schools and multi academy trusts, early intervention practitioners and individuals and groups from a range of helping professions.  We provide a collaborative supervisory relationship that is beneficial in a number of ways; supporting people working in the helping professions to avoid burn out, providing a safe space for supervisees to understand their own experiences and impact on the work they are doing, enabling deeper reflection to action plan and problem solve, supporting best practice and a shared approach to ethical dilemmas and challenges.
